How long will it take for my order to be fulfilled?
The most cost-effective option for us with the store is to have items produced in batches. Depending on how many orders we get for a given item, it may take a few weeks to get printed and shipped. This is a bit of an experiment for us, so please bear with us as we optimize.
Can I send this link to customers who want to buy swag?
No, this store is exclusively for our Tebrans (employees) only. We are looking into options for building this out for external use, but have not yet launched a customer store.
Who do I contact if I want swag that is not listed in the store?
At this time, we do not have any plans to add additional items to the swag store. If you have a unique request, and wish to buy it in bulk for a team event or gift, you may contact our swag vendor directly at phil@familyindustries.com for options and pricing. If you have the budget and can meet the minimum quantity he specifies for the item, you may submit a creative project to request an approval on logo placement HERE. The Creative team will not be able to create any new designs.
